You can use the free Somfy Protect app to watch your home at any time and reassure yourself that everything is normal. When an intrusion is detected, you’ll receive a free video of the incident and won’t miss a thing. If the incident is an intrusion, you can activate the siren; if it’s just a delivery person or a neighbour you can hear and speak with them. In any case, you can re-watch and download the video for up to 24 hours after the event.

Available in two colours: anthracite grey and white), it meets your design and electrical constraints, allowing you to choose the installation method most suitable for your needs:

  • Connected to a main power socket (cable not supplied)

  • Connected to an electric wall outlet (for example by replacing a light)

  • Connected to the power supply of an existing light:

    • You can then control the light from the Somfy Protect app

    • It will automatically switch on when you arrive home

    • If night detection is enabled, the light will automatically switch on when darkness falls to deter any potential intruders. You can then reinforce the deterrent by triggering the siren from your smartphone.
